The leadership team at Valence has experience in a variety of industries and fields, including consulting, design, and interactive media. They have also worked for several different companies, including The Boston Consulting Group Digital Ventures, acd interactive, and L+. In terms of education, the team members have degrees from the University of Southern California and ArtCenter College of Design.
