Raymond Cheah

Raymond Cheah is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in property management and real estate. Currently serving as the Chairman at SCM Property Management since July 2022, Cheah also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at ARX International. With a significant tenure as Director at Valencia CF and Independent Non-Executive Director at TMC Life Sciences Bhd, Cheah previously led MRCB and Mah Sing Group Berhad as their Chief Executive Officer. Cheah’s earlier roles include Chief Operations Officer at UEM Sunrise Berhad and General Manager at SUNRISE BHD. Cheah's educational background includes a Professional Course in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa, and a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from the University of Sunderland in London.
