Alex Erdmann

Alex Erdmann currently serves as the Dean of the School of Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts at Valencia College, where significant leadership has been demonstrated in various campus and college initiatives. Erdmann has played a pivotal role in the design and successful launch of the Walt Disney World Center for Culinary Arts & Hospitality. With extensive experience as an Independent Consultant and Owner of Chefs4Chefs, consulting for culinary and hospitality ventures globally, Erdmann has a strong background in culinary innovation and operations optimization. Previous roles include Executive Chef at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Director of Culinary Arts at Lexington College, and corporate leadership positions with Disney Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Erdmann holds a Post Graduate Diploma in International Hospitality Management and the designation of German Certified Master Chef.
