Elvin Alexander

Elvin Alexander currently serves as the Assistant Director of Compensation at Valencia College, a position held since April 2010, where responsibilities include developing college-wide compensation strategies and managing classification and position control activities. Elvin has extensive experience in various roles within the institution, including Senior Compensation Analyst, Manager of Grant Compliance, and Administrative Manager for Philanthropic Programs. In addition to these roles, Elvin contributes as a part-time faculty member teaching courses in Student Life Skills. Furthermore, Elvin is an Adjunct Faculty member at Southern New Hampshire University, teaching online and continuing education courses. Elvin holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership/Community College Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, both from the University of Central Florida, along with an Associate of Arts from Valencia College.
