Jennifer Tomlinson

Jennifer Tomlinson serves as the Assistant Vice President of Learning Support at Valencia College since February 2009, previously holding the positions of Dean of Learning Support and Interim Dean. Jennifer has extensive experience in academic advising and faculty roles, including teaching courses in New Student Experience and African American Humanities. Jennifer has developed various programs aimed at enhancing student success, assisting with the redesign of college orientations, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to improve advising models. Jennifer's educational background includes a Master's degree in Liberal Studies from Rollins College and Bachelor's and Associate's degrees in Humanities from the University of South Florida and Valencia College, respectively.
