Steve Rukstalis

Steve Rukstalis, M.P.S, currently serves as IT Manager for Campus Technology Services at Valencia College, where responsibilities include leading software and hardware system integrations and overseeing project deployments. Steve's career began in the banking sector, advancing from Teller at SunTrust to Teller Manager at Capital City Bank Group, where management and customer service skills were developed. Rukstalis holds a Master of Professional Studies in Cybersecurity Analytics and Operations from Penn State University, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Florida International University, and an Associate of Arts in Information Technology from Valencia College.
