Sunni Prevatt

Sunni Prevatt is an accomplished professional in student development with extensive experience at Valencia College since 2002, currently serving as the Assistant Director, Student Development. Responsibilities include leading the Student Development department, overseeing staff, advising student groups and programming events for a population of over 3,400, and implementing health and wellness initiatives. Sunni has played a vital role in developing comprehensive leadership training programs, facilitating college-wide peer education, and managing a significant student activities budget. Previous roles include advising diverse student populations through TRiO programs and providing support as a Student Services Specialist and Curriculum Assistant. Sunni's early career included various positions, including service in the United States Marine Corps, and academic credentials consist of a Master's degree in Student Affairs Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior and Psychology.
