Russ Ramanayake

Russ was previously the Corporate Controller for Second Sight Medical Products and played a key role in the successful completion of the IPO in 2014 September. He also was the Corporate Controller for Advanced bionics and worked closely with CEO and Chairman to successfully complete the merger with Sonva in December 2009. Prior work also included being Divisional controller for Boston Scientific Neuro Modulation division and assisted the CEO and board in the successful completion of the merger(AB and Boston Scientific) in May 2004. Russ is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants(AICPA), a Global Chartered Management Accountant(CGMA), and a JD from Taft Law School, William Howard Taft University.
