Ian Griggs

Ian Griggs has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ian is currently serving as the Head of Communications at the HDBaseT Alliance and also holds the position of Marketing Content Manager at Valens. Prior to these roles, Ian was a Cofounding Member of Fourplay Social, a social networking app for singles. Ian also worked as a Creative Copywriter at Moburst - Mobile Growth, where they were responsible for developing copy for mobile advertising campaigns. Additionally, Ian worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at IsraTransfer, overseeing marketing strategy and website optimization. Ian gained experience in social media and digital marketing as a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist at Onkyo Corporation. Ian also co-founded Hazarai, Inc., an online Comic Con platform, and worked as a Writer/Producer at Spike TV, IAB, and Biggsy Boy Productions, LLC in previous roles.

Ian Griggs has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Management from Felician University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2001. Before that, they attended Ramapo College of New Jersey from 1997 to 1999, where they pursued a Liberal Arts degree. Prior to that, they studied Liberal Arts at Monmouth University from 1995 to 1996. Additionally, Ian has obtained several certifications, including the HDBaseT Master Program from HDBaseT Alliance in 2022. Ian also has certifications in CMS Fundamentals, SEO: Link Building in Depth, Brand Building Basics, Digital Publishing Fundamentals, Email Marketing Basics, Insights from a Content Marketer, Insights from an Online Marketer, Photoshop CS4 Getting Started, and Premiere Pro CS4 Getting Started, all obtained from Lynda.com in 2013.
