Yael Rozenberg-Haine

Yael Rozenberg-Haine has a strong background in financial controlling and auditing. Yael started their career as an International Specialist at KPMG, where they interned in the audit department and gained experience in auditing public and private companies while implementing various accounting standards. After that, they joined Provigent Semiconductor as a Controller and continued in the role when the company was acquired by Broadcom. At Broadcom, they served as the Financial Controller for several subsidiaries in Israel, overseeing the RSU and ESPP plans for the Israeli employees. In 2013, Yael joined Valens as the Financial Controller, responsible for managing the finances of the company and its subsidiaries internationally, participating in capital raisings and leading the finance team.

Yael Rozenberg-Haine earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting & Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Yael attended the university from 2003 to 2007.
