Kurt Close

Kurt Close is currently the President, COO, and Sr VP of Property & Casualty at Valent Group, which provides risk consulting and insurance services. Prior to that, Close worked at Travelers for nearly three decades, holding various leadership positions such as 2VP Managing Director and Select Manager. Close graduated from Samford University in 1989 with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a Business minor.
