Leticia Tatum

Leticia Tatum serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Valent Group, leading HR initiatives across four locations, focusing on aligning agency goals with employee performance and satisfaction, earning recognition as BBJ's Best Place to Work. Previously, Leticia held the role of HR Partner at S.S. Nesbitt & Co., where consulting on HR policy and talent management was key. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Relations Representative at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, providing counsel and solutions for faculty and staff, and as an HR Associate at BJCTA - MAX Transit, managing the recruiting process. Leticia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
