Audra Wise

Audra Wise is an experienced property manager with a background in senior and low-income housing communities. Since October 2011, Audra has been working as a property manager at Valenti Real Estate Services, Inc., overseeing a senior housing community. Prior to this role, Audra served as a property manager at Herman & Kittle Properties, Inc. from January 2008 to December 2009, where responsibilities included managing a low-income housing community. Audra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Residential Property Management from Ball State University, completed from 2000 to 2004, and graduated from Pendleton Heights High School in 2000.
