Gabriel Hight

Gabriel Hight is a Senior Consultant at Valentia Partners, specializing in Capital Markets, Treasury, Banking and Payments, Fin-tech, Finance Risk and Regulation, and Asset Management since August 2022. Notably, Gabriel serves as the strategic lead in defining the operating model for agency bank charges and previously excelled as the Technology Delivery Lead, overseeing a digital transformation project in the payments division of a large European Institutional Bank. Prior to this, Gabriel worked as a Research Specialist at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, aiding international expansion efforts, and as a Senior Adviser at the Ministry of Education of New Zealand. Earlier roles include Insights Manager at Mintel, where analysis and presentation of data informed business strategies, and Senior Account Executive at Drum. Gabriel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Communication Studies from UCLA, as well as a Conjoint Bachelor of Commerce & Arts from Victoria University of Wellington.
