Kathy Scott, SHRMSCP, currently serves as the HR Manager at Valentine Enterprises, Inc. since February 2016, overseeing comprehensive Human Resources services, including recruitment, training, and policy development. Prior to this role, Kathy worked at WIKA Instrument, LP from June 2006 to February 2016 as the Workforce Planning & Employee Relations Manager, providing HR support across all subsidiaries and contributing to strategic decision-making. Kathy's career began at Lake Lanier Islands, where from July 2000 to June 2006, responsibilities included planning and directing training programs and staff development initiatives. Kathy holds a Master Certificate in Human Resources from Gainesville College, earned in 2007.
