Alan Chapas

Alan Chapas is an experienced Network Administrator at Valeo Behavioral Health Care since February 2017, adept at managing comprehensive IT environments, including servers, networks, and end-user support. In addition to this role, Alan serves on the Board of Directors for Shawnee County Consolidated Rural Water District #4, contributing to strategic governance in an elected position. Previously, Alan was a firefighter and first responder with Soldier Township Fire Department from April 2004 to October 2017, and held various IT positions such as Network Administrator at Capital City Bank Topeka and Cloud Services Architect at the State of Kansas - Office of Information Technology Services. With a solid background in systems administration from positions in multiple state agencies, Alan's technical expertise encompasses a wide range of IT infrastructure and project management initiatives.
