McKenna Dalby

McKenna Dalby has a diverse work experience in the areas of people and culture, marketing, leasing, and sales. Most recently, they were a Founding Partner and VP of People & Culture at Valeo Groupe Americas starting in January 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Director of Marketing & Leasing at Campus Evolution Villages, LLC from March 2016 to August 2016. From November 2014 to December 2015, they held the position of Senior Regional Sales Manager at Campus Crest. Before that, they had various roles at Campus Crest, including Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Roving Sales Manager, and Sales Manager. Their earliest work experience was as an Account Executive at Carolina Marketing Group from May 2009 to May 2010.

McKenna Dalby attended the University of North Carolina Asheville from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus in General studies.
