Matthew H.

Matthew H. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Matthew started their career as a Systems Administrator at Pro-Guard International in 1997 and then worked as a Tech Support Level II at Paychex in 1998. From 1999 to 2015, Matthew was a Network Engineer at OCLS LLC. In 2014, they briefly worked as a Realtor® at The Hodson Group, HomeSmart Intl. In 2015, Matthew co-founded Valeo Networks Inc., where they held various roles including Co-Founder, CEO from 2015 to 2020, Co-Founder, Director of IT Operations from June to October 2020, and Co-Founder, CIO from October 2020 until now. Currently, Matthew is also a member of the Partner Advisory Council at Blackpoint Cyber since August 2022.

Matthew H. began their education at Quickstart Technologies, where they obtained a certification in MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) and MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) from 1999 to 2004. In 1998, they also received a certification from New Horizons. Matthew attended El Toro High School, although the specific dates of their enrollment are not provided.

In 2012, Matthew attended VMWare and completed a course in VMware vSphere: Install, Configure, Manage [V5.0]. The following year, they attended the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business and acquired a real estate license.
