Armand Pokam

Armand Pokam is an experienced professional in cybersecurity and functional safety, currently serving as Teamlead for Cybersecurity and Functional Safety at Valeo since April 2023. Prior to this role, Armand held various positions at Robert Bosch Automotive Steering GmbH, including Cyber Security and Functional Safety Manager, where oversight of functional safety management for power steering systems in commercial vehicles was performed, and as a Functional Safety Manager for passenger vehicles. Armand's expertise extends to requirements management and engineering, having worked as a System Requirements Manager and Technology Consultant, focusing on embedded systems and smart technologies. Educational qualifications include an Engineer's degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Technische Universität Darmstadt, complemented by foundational studies in mathematics and physics at Bilingual Grammar School Molyko Buea.
