Christian Ruetz

Christian Ruetz is currently the Product Line R&D Mechatronic Manager at Valeo Schalter and Sensoren GmbH, where they oversee global Mechatronic disciplines for products such as Head-up Displays and Steering Wheel Switches. Previously, they held various roles at Valeo, including Product Line R&D and Quality Director, focusing on the Top Column Module, and served as a Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in mechatronical system architectures. Christian began their career as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Kavlico, developing aircraft position sensors. They earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universität Stuttgart in 1997.
