Christophe STERLE

Christophe Sterle is currently the Group Projects Vice-President at Valeo, a position they have held since 2015, where they define the Group Project Strategy and implement a LEAN project management organization. With previous roles at Valeo including Quality Director and Group Supplier Quality Director, they established a Supplier Quality Strategy for the entire group, managing a network of 700 professionals. Christophe holds degrees in Mechanics and a DEA, obtained from Université de Bourgogne and Université Blaise Pascal, respectively. Their ambition centers on developing a Continuous Improvement Strategy that enhances both company performance and individual competencies.
