Frederic LADRECH

Frederic Ladrech is currently the Power Asia System Projects Director and Japan Hub Projects Director at Valeo, where they manage international projects and develop order intake in Asia for Japanese and Korean customers. With over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, Frederic has held various engineering and project management roles, including positions at Sogefi Group and Jacobs. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Université Paris Diderot and a Master’s degree in Aerosol Sciences from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), complemented by executive training in finance and strategic marketing. Throughout their career, Frederic has demonstrated a pragmatic approach and strong interpersonal skills, effectively leading cross-functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
