Fredrik Högström

Fredrik Högström is currently the Operations Quality Director for Europe and Africa at Valeo, leading a team of approximately 165 individuals across multiple countries and production sites. With a robust background in quality management, project management, R&D, and system design engineering, Fredrik has successfully managed numerous projects focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Previously, they held various managerial roles within Valeo, including Regional Operations SQA Manager and R&D Manager, where they demonstrated strong leadership and crisis management skills. Fredrik earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and a Master of Science in International Project Management with distinction from Northumbria University.
