Hélène RIVETTE

Hélène Rivette is a seasoned quality director currently leading the Powertrain Electrified Mobility (PEM) Product Group, where they focus on reducing customer claims and maintaining certifications. Previously, Hélène held various leadership roles at Valeo, including Director of Quality for Mechanical Actuators and Division Quality Director, overseeing multiple factories across Europe and Asia. Hélène began their career as a production process engineer at Motorola Electronics Automobile and graduated with a degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from ESTP in 1997. With a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, Hélène has successfully implemented quality management strategies throughout their career.
