Jeffrey Shay is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Group President for North America at Valeo since July 2022. His career began at ITT Automotive as a Manufacturing Engineer from 1995 to 1997, followed by various leadership roles at Valeo, including System Program Manager and Sales and Business Development Director for Valeo Engine Cooling NAFTA, among others. Jeffrey has held positions such as Vice President of both Comfort and Driving Assistance Systems and Thermal Front End Global Product Group, as well as managing director roles within Valeo’s North American operations. Jeffrey Shay earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University in 1995.
