Mariusz Karaś

Mariusz Karaś is currently serving as an R&D Product Technical Leader at Valeo since 2025. Previously, Mariusz held multiple roles at ABB from 2017 to 2025, working as a Global Customer Support Principal Engineer, where they supervised project realization and collaborated with various units to deliver optimized solutions. Prior to that, Mariusz worked as an Electrical Designer Specialist at ATB TAMEL S.A. from 2010 to 2017, focusing on engineering designs and project compliance. Mariusz began their career as an Electrician Fitter at M&R Printing Equipment Poland from 2007 to 2010, conducting assembly and quality testing of electrical systems. Mariusz earned an Engineer’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Tarnów Academy between 2003 and 2007.
