Mark Allen has extensive experience in engineering and management roles, primarily within the automotive and industrial sectors. Currently serving as the Excellence | Validation | Warranty | IP | Reliability | Prototype Engineering Discipline Manager at Valeo since April 2011, Mark is part of the global leadership team, overseeing strategies for process optimization and innovative product development in the automotive industry, managing a large team of approximately 2000 people. Prior to this, Mark held various positions at Valeo, including Product Line R&D Validation & Prototype Metier Manager and R&D Department Manager, while also gaining contract leadership experience at Shell and Boston Scientific. Mark's career began with foundational roles in instrumentation and commissioning across several companies, including Intel Corporation and KROHNE Group. Education was completed at the Institute of Technology, Carlow.
