Marta Mirocha

Marta Mirocha is an HR Business Partner with a strong background in recruitment and personnel management. They began their career as an intern in the HR Department at ZF TRW before advancing to a recruitment specialist at Horyzont Doradztwo Personalne, where they managed candidate profiling, recruitment processes, and maintained communication between management and candidates. Marta later served as an HR Business Partner at Valeo. They hold a Master's degree in Management from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Akademia Techniczno-Humanistyczna w Bielsku-Białej.
