Nicolas Khalife

Nicolas Khalife is an experienced professional in the field of compensation and benefits, currently serving as Vice President of Group Compensation & Benefits at Valeo since October 2016, overseeing International Mobility and HRIS. Previously, Nicolas held the position of Vice President of HR Performance at SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT from November 2014 to October 2016, managing Compensation & Benefits, Social Reporting, and HR Information Systems. Prior to this, Nicolas worked at Alstom from April 2005 to October 2014, serving as Vice-President of Compensation & Benefits and Director of Pensions & Employee Benefits. Earlier in Nicolas's career, an international and actuarial consultant role at Mercer from August 1998 to March 2005 was undertaken. Nicolas holds an Advanced Management Program degree from INSEAD and a B.Sc. in Mathematics with a focus on Actuarial Science from Université de Montréal.
