Seth Drucker

Seth Drucker is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Vice President and General Counsel for Valeo in North and South America since October 2022. Prior to this role, Drucker held the position of Deputy General Counsel - Commercial at The Shyft Group from August 2021 to October 2022, and served as Deputy General Counsel for North America at Valeo from September 2016 to August 2021, managing complex cross-border legal issues for a multi-billion dollar technology firm. Earlier experience includes partnership roles at Foster Swift Collins & Smith, PC and Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP, where Drucker specialized in drafting and negotiating complex agreements and advising on supply issues. Drucker's career began in engineering at General Motors Corporation and Ford Motor Company, followed by a legal foundation obtained from the University of Michigan Law School, supplemented by an MBA from Wayne State University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University.
