Olga G. has over 18 years of experience in the marketing industry. Olga began their career in 2003 as a Marketing Consultant for Seagate Technology, as part of their MBA programme project. In 2004, they joined Canon EMEA as a Canon Partner Channel Manager, where they changed the distribution model from de-centralised to centralised, and successfully piloted it with several product groups, resulting in a two-fold increase in revenue and a three-fold increase in units sold. Olga also developed and delivered large scale partner events for 500+ participants. In 2009, they worked as an EMEA OEM Marketing Contractor for SAP Business Objects. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Nokia in two roles: Global Care Senior Lead, retail, and Senior Manager, Global Operator Marketing. At Nokia, they developed a proposition for Care (post-sales products and services) for retail channels globally, as well as a consumer education program aimed at return/repair avoidance. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Arm as a Global Director of Channel Marketing, Graphics - Media Processing Group, where they had global responsibility for Arm Mali media products go-to-market strategy, value proposition, brand awareness, and engagement with direct and indirect partners. Olga also developed messaging through collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, and created all proposition collateral. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Microsoft as a Developer Marketing, with UK-wide responsibility for engagement with web developers/influencers. In 2021, they joined Arloid Automation as Global Marketing Director, where they reported to the CEO and led the company's global marketing function. Lastly, they are currently working at Valerann as Marketing Director, a role they began in 2022.

Olga G. has a MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School in Marketing & Strategy and an MSc from State University in Applied Mathematics. Olga has also obtained five certifications: LFC101 - The inclusive Speaker Foundation from The Linux Foundation in March 2022, Reinforcement Learning Foundations from LinkedIn in December 2021, AWS Serverless architecture from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2021, Learning to Write Marketing Copy from LinkedIn in July 2021, and AWS Cloud Practitioner Essetials from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2021.
