Jeff Layton

Jeff Layton is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Service Desk Supervisor at Valeris since March 2025, following the merger of PharmaCord and Mercalis. In this role, Jeff ensures consistent service delivery and compliance during significant organizational changes. As the owner and operator of LayFam Tech Services and co-owner of LayFam Events, LLC, Jeff also engages in community-focused initiatives and supports individuals with technical challenges. Previous positions include significant roles in IT service management at PharmaCord, US WorldMeds, and Assured Neace Lukens, where responsibilities included supervising IT staff, managing service desk metrics, and providing advanced technical support. Jeff's educational background includes training from the New Horizon Computer Learning Center and a High School Equivalency Certification from the College of Southern Nevada.
