Michael C.

Michael C. is currently the Director of Patient Care Services at Valeris, a position held since May 2025, following the merger of Mercalis and PharmaCord. Previously, Michael served in various leadership roles at PharmaCord from January 2022 to May 2025, including Director and Associate Director of Patient Services, as well as Senior Program Manager, overseeing multiple patient services programs and a team of over 35 employees. Prior experience includes significant roles at Springstone, Inc. from 2015 to 2021, where responsibilities encompassed strategic oversight of call center operations as Director and prior supervisory roles. Additionally, Michael has held several positions related to patient care, case management, and disability adjudication, beginning in 2010. Educational qualifications include dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology and Criminology from The Ohio State University, obtained in 2009.
