Art Garcia is an accomplished professional in security operations, currently serving as the Director of International Security Operations at Valero Energy Corporation since February 2017. Garcia has extensive experience in asset protection, having held various leadership roles at Valero Energy Corporation and Convergint Technologies, including Senior Manager of Asset Protection and Program Manager. With a background in developing technology-based security systems and managing complex projects, Garcia's expertise includes protecting personnel, assets, and supply chains internationally. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems, both from the University of the Incarnate Word.
