Cory Moss

Cory Moss has over 30 years of extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Vice President and General Manager at Valero Energy Corporation since January 2001. Cory's roles at Valero have included Maintenance Director and Director of Engineering/Project Development, with a focus on managing refinery technical staff and capital projects at the Port Arthur Texas Refinery. Additionally, Cory has been a Complex Manager for the Texas City Refinery, overseeing operations teams across multiple complexes. Previously, Cory worked at CITGO Petroleum from July 1993 to January 2001 in various engineering and planning roles. Cory's early career included service as an E-5 Sergeant in the Army National Guard, where responsibilities included administrative and legal specialization, along with active duty during Desert Storm. Cory holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
