Holly Dickerson

Holly Dickerson, SPHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and customer service. Currently serving as the Lead Human Resources Specialist at Valero since June 2016, Holly previously held positions as a Human Resources Specialist within the same company. Prior to Valero, Holly worked at McNeal Graphics as an Account Manager/Sales and at Total Graphics as a Customer Service Manager. Holly began their career in human resources at Dugan, where Holly contributed from November 2003 to February 2012. Holly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education, and Counselor Education from Mississippi State University.
