Martin Loeber

Martin Loeber currently serves as Senior Vice President of Ad Valorem Tax at Valero Energy group of companies, responsible for managing property tax across Valero's US assets. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of UK Commercial Operations and Vice President/Assistant General Counsel at Valero Energy Ltd (UK), overseeing UK operations and providing legal counsel for European operations. With extensive experience in litigation, Martin Loeber has held various legal positions since joining Valero in 1997, including leading the litigation group as Vice President from 2004 to 2011. Prior to Valero, Martin Loeber worked as an Associate at Bracewell and Patterson and as a Law Clerk for U.S. District Judge Richard A. Schell. Educational background includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Baylor University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Baylor University.
