Matt Dooley

Matt Dooley possesses extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Vice President of Regional Refinery Operations and Vice President of UK Commercial Operations at Valero Energy Corporation since June 2000. In these roles, Matt oversees product sales and distribution activities in the UK and Ireland, alongside leadership in refinery operations. Prior positions at Valero include Director of Operations for the Port Arthur refinery and Director of US Gulf Coast Optimization. Earlier in their career, Matt held various managerial and engineering positions focusing on complex logistics, hydroprocessing, and planning. Prior to Valero, Matt worked as a Process Engineer at ExxonMobil. Matt holds an MBA in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
