Patricia Brown

Patricia Brown is an experienced accounting and legal professional with a strong background in tax compliance and auditing. Currently serving as Accounting Supervisor of Lease Crude at Valero Energy Corporation since August 2007, Patricia conducts legal research, oversees transactional work, and liaises during tax audits. Previously, Patricia held roles as Lead Tax Specialist and Legal Intern within Valero, focusing on regulatory compliance and document reviews. Prior experience includes serving as an Auditor for the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts and as a Staff Auditor intern at Padgett, Stratemann & Co., LLP. Patricia holds a Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary's University and both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
