Shane Applegate

Shane Applegate is an experienced professional in business systems design and project management, currently serving as a Project Manager at Valero since May 2020. Prior to this role, Shane worked at ONEOK from January 2015 to May 2020, where responsibilities included project management and development for GIS technologies, managing servers and databases, and leading technical support initiatives. Shane's notable accomplishments at ONEOK include the implementation of ArcGIS Enterprise, automation of data flows using Python, and the development of mobile applications for data collection. Earlier experience includes internships at Walmart, where improvements in reporting accuracy and data consistency were implemented, as well as at Travel Advertising Group, where a social media campaign and a CRM database were developed. Shane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma.
