Nick Utley

Nick Utley has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role was as the Director of Accounting and Finance at Valet Living, where they began in October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at SVN I AVAT Realty, LLC from December 2021 to October 2022. Nick spent almost a decade at Luckie & Company, where they held the position of Senior Finance Manager from February 2013 until December 2021. Before that, they worked as a Financial/Business Analyst at Maynard, Cooper & Gale, P.C. from January 2009 to February 2013. Additionally, they gained experience in the banking and mortgage industries, working as a Mortgage Accountant/Financial Analyst at Superior Bank from January 2005 to January 2009, and as a Mortgage Broker at Red Mountain Mortgage from January 2004 to January 2005. Nick began their career as a Loan Officer at Diversified Mortgage in January 2003 and later worked as a Mortgage Broker at Goldstar Mortgage from January 2002 to January 2003.

Nick Utley completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Jacksonville State University in 2002. From 2006 to 2008, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
