Marcelo Pardo has over 14 years of experience in the IT industry. In 2006, they began their career as a Solutions Sales Engineer at Kaizen Consultoria e Serviços em Informática Ltda, where they supported the Sales Team in selling data center infrastructure projects. Marcelo then moved up to Marketing and Sales Manager, managing the Marketing team and resources, budget and execution, as well as partnerships with the main IT Companies. In 2010, Marcelo joined Sonda IT as the SaaS Business Manager, responsible for launching a software as a service SaaS portal and plataform to be a new sales channel for SondaIT organization. Marcelo then became the Business Development and Product Manager, managing and coaching the pre-sales/sales engineering team. In 2013, Marcelo joined Tangoe as the Head of Sales Engineer Latam and then moved up to Sales, Alliances & Client Director Latam, responsible for running all sales teams, pre-sales, partners and field execution. In 2015, Marcelo founded Valeti, a Mobile & Cloud based Platform to enable drivers to park smarter at Valet and Parking Lots. Finally, in 2017, Marcelo joined VMware as the Senior Manager Latam, End User Computing & Digital Workspace Solution Engineering, responsible for Latin America of the Solution Engineering Specialist Team for End User Computing.

Marcelo Pardo has a comprehensive education history. Marcelo attended Pratville High School from 1997 to 1998, where they studied American History (United States), Math, American Literature and Gramar, Science, and Sports. Marcelo then attended Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Graduação in Administração. In 2006 and 2007, they attended ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, where they earned a Graduate (2 Year MBA equivalent) in Marketing Management. In 2017, they attended Perestroika, where they earned a Friends of Tomorrow degree in Futurism, Future of Work, Ex0 Companies, Digital Transformation, Startups, and Entrepreneurship. In 2019, they attended Hyper Island, where they earned a Business Transformation degree in Business Transformation, Inovation, Entrepreneurship, Digital Acceleration, and Design Thinking. Currently, Marcelo is attending Stanford University School of Engineering, where they are working towards a Professional Program Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
