Kelsey Gonzalez

Kelsey Gonzalez has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Kelsey currently holds the position of Director Engineering and Product Line at Valiant Artificial Lift Solutions since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Dover Artificial Lift as an Area Manager for the Western US starting in October 2016. Before that, they had various roles at Halliburton, including Area Manager for Canada from August 2014 to October 2016 and Global BD & Marketing Manager for Artificial Lift from November 2012 to August 2014. Kelsey also has a long history at Baker Hughes, where they held positions such as Global Account Manager for Chevron/ExxonMobil from May 2011 to October 2012, Senior Global Account Manager for Occidental Petroleum from January 2009 to May 2011, and Sales Manager for Artificial Lift from March 2005 to December 2008. Kelsey began their career at Baker Hughes as an Application Engineer/Sales in April 1991 and worked their way up to roles such as Business Development Manager for Artificial Lift from January 2000 to February 2005 and District Manager for Eastern Venezuela from January 1995 to December 1999. Prior to their time at Baker Hughes, Kelsey worked at Kerr-McGee, where they held roles such as International Sales from January 1983 to March 1991 and Chemical Operations Supervisor from December 1978 to December 1982.

Kelsey Gonzalez has pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Chemistry at Brigham Young University. Additionally, they have also studied at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they acquired a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Finance/Marketing.
