Ron Cordell

Ron Cordell has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Ron started their career as a Various role in Mapco Express in 1988. After that, they joined Williams Energy in 1987 and worked as a Director of Human Resources. Ron had an international assignment in Lithuania during their final 3 years of employment. Ron then moved to Tulsa Technology Center in 2003, where they served as the Director of Human Resources. Following that, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Wood Group ESP, Inc from 2008 to 2011. Ron also worked as an HR Leader at GE Oil & Gas Artificial Lift from 2008 to 2012 and as an HR Manager at GE Oil & Gas, Drilling & Surface from 2012 to 2013. Ron Cordell then took up a consultant role as a Human Resources Professional. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Valiant Artificial Lift Solutions, where they also held the position of Director of Compliance starting from August 2017.

Ron Cordell earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from the University of Central Florida, where they focused on Management. Ron completed their undergraduate studies between 1969 and 1971. Later, Ron pursued further education at the UCF College of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
