Martin Roder has a strong background in the banking industry, with experience in various roles at multiple companies. Martin began their career at Credit Suisse as an Assistant in Private Banking, where they handled day-to-day tasks and supported client meetings. After three years, they joined UBS as a Client Advisor in Retail Banking, where they served as an Authorized Officer and provided advisory services to clients. In 2013, they joined Valiant Bank, where they held several positions. Martin first worked as a Financial Advisor and later became the Deputy Branch Manager, responsible for providing holistic advice and support to retail customers. Finally, they were promoted to Desk Head External Asset Managers, where they led a team and was responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the external asset management department. Throughout their career, Martin has demonstrated strong leadership skills, client management abilities, and expertise in the banking industry.

Martin Roder, lic.rer.oec., CIWM, obtained their National Economy degree from the University of Bern between 2001 and 2006. Martin then pursued further education in Finance and Investments, completing a Certified International Wealth Manager (CIWM) program at AZEK - The Swiss Training Centre for Investment Professionals from 2010 to 2012.
