Donald Ian Clarke

Donald Ian Clarke is an accomplished leader with over 21 years of extensive experience in high-risk operations, training, and security management. Currently serving as the Deputy OPFOR Commander at Valiant Integrated Services, Clarke has a proven track record in combined and joint operational planning, security assistance, and program management. Previous roles include Director of the Korean Transformation Office at US IMCOM Pacific and Deputy J3 at Special Operations Command-Korea. Clarke has also founded Men of Valor Security Services and served in key positions within various military and consulting organizations, demonstrating expertise in operational transformation and training. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College and multiple master's degrees in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
