Todd Parks is the Vice President of Valiant Residential, a position held since November 2016. Additionally, Todd serves as the Executive Chairman of the Chase Parks Foundation, which was established in March 2015 to address prescription addiction and depression among teens and young adults. Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at Dallas, with previous educational experience at Texas Tech University and Texas State University.
