Rachel Barber is an experienced sales operations and customer service professional with a strong background in administrative coordination and process improvement. Currently serving as Sales Operations Lead at Valicor since May 2021, Rachel has previously held roles such as Customer Service Manager at Atlas American Lighting and Axchem USA Inc, where notable achievements included enhancing business processes and resolving high-level complaints. At ProAmpac, Rachel successfully transitioned the company’s operations to digital systems and managed payroll data entry for accuracy. Rachel began a career at Veolia Environmental Services, serving as Lead Customer Service Representative, where responsibilities included employee management and procedural innovation.
