Lee Chia Au

Lee Chia Au, CSCP has a solid work experience in global supply chain and procurement. They have worked for Valid S.A. as a Supply Chain Team Lead, Senior Supply Chain Planner, and Supply Chain Planner. In these roles, they were responsible for planning, controlling, and coordinating stock on hand and order backlog activities. They also worked closely with regional procurement teams and implemented strategic sourcing and bulk buying to optimize local demand and supply. Prior to Valid S.A., Lee Chia Au worked for LH Aluminium Industries Pte. Ltd. as a Management Trainee in Supply Chain and Logistics. They supervised a team and worked collaboratively with departments to achieve supply chain optimization and resolve logistics and warehouse-related issues. Additionally, Lee Chia Au had an internship experience at Brady Corporation where they focused on R&D materials and assisted in benchmarking thermal products and developing new testing methodologies.

Lee Chia Au, CSCP, earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Materials Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore in the years 2010-2014. In 2013, Lee participated in the International Summer Studies Programme at Seoul National University. Prior to university, Lee completed GCE 'A' Level in Science at Nanyang Junior College between 2008-2009. Additionally, Lee holds a certification as a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS, obtained in March 2021. Lee has also obtained various diploma and online certifications in Operations Management, Economics, Project Management, and other relevant areas.
