Murilo also founded Acht Gestão de Marcas, an independent consultancy focused on data-driven strategy projects, and worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at DIVI·hub, where they were responsible for customer acquisition, CRM, and growth strategy. Earlier in their career, Murilo held roles as the Strategy and Branding Vice President at NBS, the Founder and Partner at LEF Branding, the Strategic Planning Vice President at Fischer&Friends, and the Planning and Creative Director at Santa Clara.
Murilo Lico earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, and Marketing from ECA USP from 1990 to 1995. In 2016, they attended the Peninsula Executive Seminar at Harvard Business School, focusing on Business Strategy. In 2012 and 2013, they obtained an Effectiveness Qualification from IPA, specializing in Return Over Marketing Investments. In 2017, they completed a program at the Action Design Institute in Leading through relationships. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Content Marketing: ROI and Marketing Tools: SEO from LinkedIn, though the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
